Surface RT Windows Update loop in KB3063843

Hi,
Last night, I have tried to reset my Surface RT 32GB once again. This time Windows Update just looping in installing an update named “KB3063843”.
Anyone experience this, or know how to fix this?
December 19, 2016 at 7:13 am #168I think, Microsoft might pause the updates to prevent users from problems that stop them from download apps or games via Windows Store.
