How much Surface Pro (2017) faster than Surface Pro 4?

According to Microsoft Launch Event of both Surface Pro 4 and the new Surface Pro, we can use the math for overall performance improvement:
- Surface Pro 4 is 1.3 times (or 30%) faster than Surface Pro 3
- Surface Pro (2017) is 2.5 times (or 250%) faster than Surface Pro 3
or
- SP4 = 1.3 SP3 => SP3 = SP4/1.3
- SP(2017) = 2.5 SP3 = 2.5/1.3 SP4 = 1.92 SP4
So we can assume that the new Surface Pro (2017) with Intel Core i7 is 1.92x times faster than the Surface Pro 4 with Intel Core i7.
