I think this problem has also happened to my Surface Pro 3 when I turned the brightness all the way up and running heavy programs. I think Surface Book made for performance and portability, so it can’t have a too big power supply with it.
November 23, 2017 at 4:12 pm #300You might have deleted the recovery partition on your Surface RT or the partition is corrupted. If so, you need to make a recovery media by downloading recovery image from here. You also need an 8GB flash drive for making a recovery media. Anyway, just remember that format that flash drive as FAT32 otherwise it will not boot.
